Rules for using the "USellEasy' App

1. No illegal or counterfeit goods to be sold on the 'USellEasy' App, if users are found selling any of these goods their subscription will be terminated immediately with no refund for their subscription.

2. Please abide by courteous rules with no rudeness or foul language to potential buyers or sellers, again your subscription will be terminated immediately with no refund for your subscription.

3. If there are any issues with a seller or a buyer please email the team at help@uselleasy.com who will be happy to help resolve any issue where possible.

4. We recommend paying for items with confidence using 'PayPal' which offers Full Buyer & Seller Protection, see Payments link for full details.

5. If collecting an item you can still pay with the buyer protection using PayPal.

6. If you collect an item in person & are happy with it, you can pay cash, bank transfer or direct payment to the sellers bank account.

7. Please be wary of items that seem too good to be true, the marketplace is full of scammers, never give you bank account details, bank card details or passwords to anyone under any circumstances.

8. 'USellEasy' will never ask you to pay any monies direct to them, all purchases will be via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

9. USellEasy Reserves the right to ask/make a user change their Shop Name at any time if it infringes Copyright of any legally Registered Company Worldwide. We respect our Users & would in no way take or ask you to change your Shop Name if there was no justification or legal reason for this.
