Every Monday until 19th October 2020 8.15am-1.30pm We start from Antisamos and we climb for 800 meters on a demanding steep path, with the view of Antisamos from above compensating our fatigue. Then we move onto a gentle slope technical path in a shady field. We pass through a forest with holy trees, arbutus and oak trees. We end up in Koutsoupia, where there is a stop for swimming and snacks. We return by cruise boat to Antisamos. Difficulty: Medium This route is 8 km long, at an 350 meters altitude, approximately 3:30 hours, depending on the level. INCLUDED: Mountain escort with knowledge of English-French-German and Italian, snack, juice.
