Terms & Conditions of Hire

-The minimum age for the driver is 19 years old.

-A valid driving licence held for at least one year is required.

-The minimum rental period for Scooters & Quad Bikes is 24 hours.

-The minimum rental period for a Car is 3 Days.

-You may not drive the vehicle outside the island of Kefalonia. 

-We provide new helmets which you are obliged to wear while driving.

-Police fines/tickets are issued to and paid by the driver.

-All vehicles are covered by insurance and 24hrs assistance  throughout the island.

-In case of crashing and damaging the vehicle you must pay the repair.

-The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when collected.

-50% deposit is required for online bookings.

-In case of cancelation more than 20 days before the day of the booking, we refund half of the deposit.

-For cancelations less than 20 days the deposit is not refundable.
