Katerina & Alexandra’s place is located in Argostoli, Greece. Argostoli is a small modern city, with many beautiful buildings that has a nice buzz, many coffee shops, bars and restaurants for every taste.
Just one road below Katerina's Cozy Apartment is a wonderful park with a mini trail that will take you to the central square.
Whichever you choose it will be your home away from home.
Argostoli Apartments are brand new apartments with spectacular view of Argostoli.
Its gulf and lagoon, national park of Ainos and the whole area.
Choosing Argostoli gives many advantages.
First of all it is the capital of the island with many choices available all of them on walking range.
So you can easily approach to supermarkets and bakeries (just after 450 meters walk), restaurants, bars (700 m), gift shops, the city's sightseeings (de Bosset bridge is 800 m away), pharmacies and the hospital (500 m).
Despite the small distances driving a car is recommended to have relaxed vacation.
Walking under the summer sun in amphitheatrically built Argostoli isn't always ideal.
Nevertheless the residence is far away from the crowded city centre with the traffic jam, in a neighbourhood with many yards around the buildings. Near the apartment you will find easily parking space even on high season.
There is easy access to the ring road so you can avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.
You can visit the lagoon of Koutavos with a wonderful walking root by the shore, with gooses, ducks, seabirds and turtles inside it.
You can hire a boat from lagoon activities to explore it from inside.
We also recommend a visit to the historical De Bosset bridge which provides a special view of Argostoli.
The central square of Argostoli was rebuilt on 2016 and with the pedestrian streets around define the Argostoli historical city centre with many choices for you.
Find some time to go to Lithostroto (it means road by stones in Greek) which is the tourist market pedestrian street of Argostoli with many shops and cafe.
To the north just 2 Km from the centre you can find Katavothres.
It is a unique geological phenomenon with the water getting under the island and after two weeks trip gets through Melissani lake cake (No one excused for not visiting it!!!) and goes out to the sea in Karavomilos. About 500m beyond Katavothres you can find Fanari - a lighthouse landmark of the area.
For walking or cycling fans there is a route of 7Km (you can make it shorter) initially by the sea and then through a pine forrest leading to Lassi.
Lassi is a tourist resort with everything need like restaurants, bars gift shops, jewellery, car rentals etc.
just above the famous beaches of Makris and Platis Gialos.
Reaching Lassi and the beaches is easy also by bus on regular often routes with the bus station just 10 minutes walk from our place.

Customary quiet hours are between 15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas such as balconies etc.

The house is a fully furnished apartment, consisting of a bedroom with King size bed and a living room with a cozy sofa (unfolding into a double bed). There is also a kitchen with a variety of electric devices in case you want to prepare your own meals easily. The bathroom is also renovated and includes a fitted shower offering our guests more coziness!!
